Why Organizers Book an On-Site Station

When you are the one organizing, an on-site IV station is a logistics question before it is a wellness one. Vivere Drip Therapy brings hydration and vitamin infusions to your site anywhere on the Monterey Peninsula: a golf tournament at Spyglass Hill, a wedding weekend in Carmel-by-the-Sea, a corporate offsite in Carmel Valley, a Car Week hospitality suite, or a festival production compound. Every infusion is placed and monitored by a licensed physician assistant. We screen each guest privately, work from a menu you approve in advance, and set up in whatever space you can give us, indoors or under cover outdoors. Treatments range from a 10-minute B-12 injection to the 45-minute 17 Mile Performance Hydration, so the drip fits the gap in your run of show. Group minimums, lead time, and the travel fee that applies to mobile visits are confirmed when we quote your event, so you have real numbers before you commit anything to a client or a boss. Service is self-pay; we do not bill insurance, and we can invoice the host or bill each guest separately. Send us your headcount, your dates, and the space you have available, and we will come back with a written quote. Book at /book or call (831) 253-9537.

A Licensed Clinician at Every Chair

Every infusion is placed and monitored by a licensed physician assistant who screens each guest privately first — health history, medications, allergies, vitals — and declines anyone who should not receive one that day. Nobody is treated because their name is on a list.

Built Around Your Run of Show

Treatments range from a 10-minute B-12 injection to a 45-minute 1000 ml infusion, so the service fits the gap you actually have — the turn at a shotgun start, the hour before photographs, the afternoon break between sessions.

We Bring the Whole Station

Chairs, poles, fluids, supplies, sharps disposal and emergency equipment arrive with us and leave with us. Most setups need no power and no plumbing. What we need from you is level ground, shade or a room, and vehicle access.

What Organizers Ask First

The five things that decide whether an on-site station works for your event.

How many guests?

There is no published minimum. What decides whether an on-site station makes sense is your headcount, your format, and how many chairs and physician assistants it would take to serve them. Tell us the group and the date and the answer comes back in your quote.

How long do you need?

Setup and breakdown are quick; the variable is throughput. A B-12 shot is ten minutes with no line. A 1000 ml performance infusion is about 45. We size the number of chairs and clinicians to the window you can give us.

What about outdoors?

Fog on the coast and heat inland both dehydrate, and the station has to work in either. We bring shade, and we ask you to name an indoor fallback in advance. We will move the station inside rather than run it in high wind.

Who pays?

Either way works. The host or a sponsor can settle one invoice against treatments actually delivered, or guests can pay individually at the chair and keep it off your budget. Prices are the published menu, not an event surcharge.

Our Recovery Drip Protocol

Every station is built from the same catalogue the clinic runs day to day, so what your guests receive on site is what they would receive in Carmel or Salinas. The list below is the part of that menu that suits an event: short enough to fit a break, and recognisable enough that guests know what they are choosing.

VIP Golfer Wellness — 17 Mile Performance

30 minutes, $450. Built for tournament play and the hospitality suites around it.

The 17 Mile "Performance Hydration"

500 ml in 35 minutes at $310, or 1000 ml in 45 minutes at $380 when the schedule allows.

"Immune Booster" — The Big Sur

1000 ml over 40 minutes, $300. A common choice before travel-heavy event weeks.

"Hangover Drip" — Shark Attack

1 liter over 40 minutes, $200. The morning-after request at wedding weekends and festivals.

"Beauty Treatment" — Forever Young

1000 ml over 35 minutes, $315. Booked ahead of photographs rather than after them.

Methylcobalamin B-12 Energy Boost

10 minutes, $35. The highest-throughput option when your window is narrow.

Where We Work

We set up across the Monterey Peninsula: tournament weeks at Pebble Beach, Spyglass Hill and Poppy Hills; wedding weekends in Carmel-by-the-Sea and Carmel Valley; corporate offsites at Quail Lodge and Bernardus; hospitality suites during Car Week and race weekends at Laguna Seca; and production compounds at California Roots and the Monterey Jazz Festival. If your venue is not on that list, it is very likely still inside the area we serve.

Send the headcount, the dates and the space you can give us, and we will come back with a written quote covering staffing, the treatment menu you approve, and the travel fee that applies to on-site visits.
