Car Week is not an event, it is a week of overlapping ones. Your guests take in The Quail on Friday, drift through the auctions, and are up before dawn on Sunday for dawn patrol on the 18th fairway at Pebble Beach, and somewhere in there you are expected to keep them upright and enjoying themselves. Book staffed hours, not individual call-outs
During Car Week the peninsula stops moving. Highway 1 backs up past Carmel, 17-Mile Drive queues at the gates, and a vehicle that would normally reach Pebble Beach from Carmel Rancho in 20 minutes may not. That is why a hospitality suite is booked as staffed hours rather than as a series of appointments: our PA is already in your footprint when a guest decides at 9 a.m. that they need something, instead of setting off from the clinic into the same traffic your guests are stuck in. You set the daily window, and mid-morning plus late afternoon tend to be the useful ones, and we hold it for the days you book. Guests who want a slot take one; guests who do not, do not. If a day is quiet, you have still bought certainty on the day it is not, which during Concours week is usually Saturday and Sunday.
What the suite actually needs to be
A hotel suite in your room block, a bedroom in a rented Pebble Beach house, a cabana, a quiet room at the back of a brand activation: any of those work. What matters is that it is a room with a door, not a corner of the party. Guests should be able to reach it without walking past the bar and without anyone tracking who went in. We need a bed, a recliner or a good armchair, a small table, decent light, and somewhere to keep supplies locked between sessions. A second chair for a companion helps, because guests often bring someone. We do not need power. We do need the room to stay ours for the booked hours: a suite that is also being used for a media interview at eleven is not a suite we can run in, and that clash is the most common one on a Car Week booking.
What guests book across the week
The pattern follows the calendar. Mornings after the auctions and the big dinners, it is Shark Attack, the hangover drip, at $200 for a liter over 40 minutes. Guests playing golf that day take the VIP Golfer Wellness 17 Mile Performance at $450 for 30 minutes, or the 17 Mile Performance Hydration at $380 for 1000 ml and $310 for 500 ml. Sunday morning before the Concours, when people are up at four and standing on wet grass until afternoon, it is fluids and the Forever Young beauty drip at $315 over 35 minutes. The Basic Boost at $160 is the default for anyone who just wants hydration. Methylcobalamin B-12 at $35 takes ten minutes and is what your own staff tend to take. NAD Body Refresh at 250 mg is $350 and needs a full 90 minutes, so it only works on a genuinely open afternoon.
Lead time, gates and the things that go wrong
Reserve Car Week months out. Every clinical hour on this peninsula in August is spoken for early, and a request in late July is a request to be told no. Once you are booked, the failure points are all logistical. Our PA needs whatever credential gets them into your footprint, whether that is a room key, a house code or a hospitality badge, and if you are inside 17-Mile Drive or on the show field, a vehicle pass arranged through the venue, which is not something we can obtain ourselves. Give us a parking spot that does not require crossing a closed road on foot with a case. Give us one named contact who is awake at 6 a.m. Build a traffic buffer into arrival, and expect us to arrive before your window opens rather than exactly on it.
Host-paid, guest-paid, or a list
Three models, and you should pick one before the first guest asks. Host-paid means we invoice your hospitality account for everything delivered in the booked hours, which is simplest and lets guests use the suite without a transaction in the middle of it. Guest-paid means each person settles their own treatment; the host still pays for the staffed hours. A pre-authorized list is the middle path: named guests are covered, everyone else pays, and our PA checks the list rather than making a judgment call at the door. Whichever you choose, tell your guest-facing staff, because the awkward version of this is a guest reaching for a card in a suite where they were told they were a guest. A travel fee applies on top of treatment prices and is confirmed when we quote your dates, venue and hours. We are self-pay and do not bill insurance.

How far ahead do we need to book for Car Week?
Months, and earlier than feels necessary. August on the Monterey Peninsula is the tightest week of the year for anything staffed, and a late request usually gets a no rather than a premium.
