Vivere's program is concierge by design: an initial in-depth consultation, baseline labs (or use of recent labs if you have them), an InBody body-composition scan for patients near the clinic, individualized dose titration, and 24/7 access to a licensed care-team clinician for questions about dosing, side effects, or progress. Your program is built around you, not a template.
How the Program Works
After your consultation and labs, qualified candidates are matched with our extended care team — licensed to practice in all 50 states — who manage the prescription, dose titration, and ongoing clinical oversight. Medications are mailed directly to you within days of qualification. From there, you start the program with full access to the care team for questions, dose adjustments, and side-effect management as you progress.
Two Locations + Telehealth
In-person consultations and InBody scans are available at our Carmel and Salinas clinics. For patients outside the Monterey Peninsula, the entire program can be delivered via telehealth — labs ordered locally, virtual consultations, and direct-to-door medication shipping. Mobile IV and adjunct treatments (Lipo-MIC, hydration drips) are available across the Peninsula for in-person patients.

No — our extended care team is licensed to practice in all 50 states, and the program can be delivered entirely via telehealth.
